Recipe: Slightly Sour Quiche

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 ounces plain yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 8 ounces tomato basil feta
  • Sausage (I typically do about five inches)

Instructions

  1. Whip together eggs, yogurt, salt, pepper
  2. Stir in sausage
  3. Toss together feta and flour in a separate bowl
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients
  5. Pour egg mixture into hot pastry shell, bake at 325 degrees for 35-45 minutes
