Recipe: Slightly Sour Quiche
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 4 ounces plain yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 8 ounces tomato basil feta
- Sausage (I typically do about five inches)
Instructions
- Whip together eggs, yogurt, salt, pepper
- Stir in sausage
- Toss together feta and flour in a separate bowl
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients
- Pour egg mixture into hot pastry shell, bake at 325 degrees for 35-45 minutes
